Villa Deluxe’s chófer services: For round trip airport transfers, the price varies based on the number of people needing the service and the location of your villa in Jamaica. These costs are already covered in transfers and weekly chófer services. We highly recommend our daily or weekly van chófer services, which offers great value and a hassle-free experience. Here are the transportation options we provide:

• Option 1:
  A passenger van with a driver and 1 full tank of gas is priced at $250 per day for 8-10 people with luggage.

• Option 2:
  Round trip transfers only to and from the Airport are available for 8-10 people with luggage. The rates are as follows:

From Donald Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay to the villa: $400.00
From Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston (KIN) to the villa: $800
(Please note that this price includes highway tolls to and from the airport) 

We also offer vans with handicap lifts for accessibility needs, as well as handicap airport transfers. Baby cribs and car seats are available for an additional cost.

To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit is required for dates in both the Low and High Seasons. The final payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival at the villa. We offer convenient payment options through our website, Zelle, and bank transfers.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. It is important to make the final payment by the specified due date to ensure your reservation is confirmed.

Cancellations made within 60 days prior to the scheduled occupancy are not eligible for refunds. However, for cancellations made 61 or more days prior to the scheduled occupancy, we will refund all deposits, with a 20% cancellation fee deducted.

During Holiday periods, such as Christmas & New Years, cancellations made within 120 days prior to the scheduled occupancy do not qualify for refunds. Nevertheless, for cancellations made 121 or more days prior to the scheduled occupancy, we will refund all deposits, less a 30% cancellation fee.

For Holiday periods like Easter & Thanksgiving, cancellations made within 90 days prior to the scheduled occupancy do not qualify for refunds. However, for cancellations made 91 or more days prior to the scheduled occupancy, we will refund all deposits, with a 30% cancellation fee deducted.

In the case of reservation change requests, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that such requests will be met.

Yes, we do accept credit cards. We accept MasterCard and Visa, but we do not accept American Express cards.

Our cancellation policy is outlined in our Terms & Conditions. For cancellations made 60 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date (90 days for Easter and Thanksgiving), a one-time cancellation fee of 5% will be applied. Alternatively, guests have the option to reschedule their vacation dates within 365 days from the cancellation, with full credit applied towards the new reservation. Please note that changes resulting in a shortened stay must still meet our minimum rental requirements, and the new dates are non-refundable.

Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival (or 90 days or less for Easter or Thanksgiving) are non-refundable. Christmas or New Year’s bookings are also non-refundable. In the event that a guest chooses to reschedule, it will be treated as a new booking.

Please note that no refunds will be provided for non-use of any goods or services, or for guests who do not arrive, arrive late, or depart early during the rental period.

As your arrival date approaches, we aim to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for you and your group. Approximately 60 days before your scheduled arrival, we will provide you with a comprehensive menu for your review. Our chef will reach out to you a month before your arrival to tailor the menu to your preferences, covering Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, snacks, beverages, and bar items throughout your stay.

To facilitate this process, we kindly request that you furnish us with your menu preferences at least two weeks prior to your arrival. If any member of your group has specific food allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us in advance, allowing our staff to make necessary accommodations.

Upon finalizing your menu choices, our Chef or Butler will present you with a detailed bill reflecting the grocery store expenses for the selected items. Once reviewed and confirmed, payment can be settled using any preferred method, including Cash, Credit Card, or Zelle.

Kindly be informed that the rental cost does not cover certain additional expenses such as food, transportation, tours and excursions, party decor, and events.

Regarding food expenses, costs can vary based on individual preferences and quantities. Opting for simpler meals prepared with local ingredients typically results in more economical choices. Conversely, selecting elaborate multi-course meals or specialty items may lead to higher expenses. As a general guideline, you can anticipate an average range of $70 – $75 USD per person per day (excluding children) for food-related costs.
