To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit is required for dates in both the Low and High Seasons. The final payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival at the villa. We offer convenient payment options through our website, Zelle, and bank transfers.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. It is important to make the final payment by the specified due date to ensure your reservation is confirmed.

Cancellations made within 60 days prior to the scheduled occupancy are not eligible for refunds. However, for cancellations made 61 or more days prior to the scheduled occupancy, we will refund all deposits, with a 20% cancellation fee deducted.
During Holiday periods, such as Christmas & New Years, cancellations made within 120 days prior to the scheduled occupancy do not qualify for refunds. Nevertheless, for cancellations made 121 or more days prior to the scheduled occupancy, we will refund all deposits, less a 30% cancellation fee.
For Holiday periods like Easter & Thanksgiving, cancellations made within 90 days prior to the scheduled occupancy do not qualify for refunds. However, for cancellations made 91 or more days prior to the scheduled occupancy, we will refund all deposits, with a 30% cancellation fee deducted.
In the case of reservation change requests, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that such requests will be met.

Option 1: Round Trip Airport Transfers
The cost of round trip airport transfers may vary depending on the number of passengers and the location of your villa in Jamaica. Please contact us for specific pricing details. The transfers include transportation to and from the airport, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
Option 2: Car Rentals
If you prefer the flexibility of having your own vehicle, we can assist you with car rentals. The rates for car rentals are subject to GCT tax, insurance, and liability deposits, which are included in our transfers and weekly van & driver services. It’s important to note that in Jamaica, driving is on the left side of the road.
Option 3: Van & Driver Service
Our highly recommended daily or weekly Van & Driver service provides a hassle-free and convenient transportation solution. This service offers excellent value for groups and ensures a stress-free experience throughout your stay.

Yes, we do accept credit cards. We accept MasterCard and Visa, but we do not accept American Express cards.
Our cancellation policy is outlined in our Terms & Conditions. For cancellations made 60 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date (90 days for Easter and Thanksgiving), a one-time cancellation fee of 5% will be applied. Alternatively, guests have the option to reschedule their vacation dates within 365 days from the cancellation, with full credit applied towards the new reservation. Please note that changes resulting in a shortened stay must still meet our minimum rental requirements, and the new dates are non-refundable.
Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival (or 90 days or less for Easter or Thanksgiving) are non-refundable. Christmas or New Year’s bookings are also non-refundable. In the event that a guest chooses to reschedule, it will be treated as a new booking.
Please note that no refunds will be provided for non-use of any goods or services, or for guests who do not arrive, arrive late, or depart early during the rental period.
